Terms, Conditions, and Restrictions for Our Email Enrollment Discount Offer
* Any specifically-referenced pricing is for promotional purposes only. Access to the promotional discount requires a valid, new (not currently in WoodSpring Brands marketing email database) email address for a guest 18 or older to be submitted through woodspring.com upon prompting. Eligible email addresses will receive a URL containing a non-transferable discount “promotion”/discount code – good for 10%-off the standard room rate for one, eligible stay - within 96-hours of submission. Email addresses currently in WoodSpring Brands' guest/marketing email database are ineligible for the promotional code release.
Discount redemption is limited to one eligible stay for one guest room for any stay of any length - based on presented, discounted rate, and as appropriate. Eligible room reservations will originate from the discount URL provided and must be conducted exclusively through woodspring.com. The promotional rate expires approximately thirty days after issuance. To be eligible, reservations must be made on woodspring.com between date of issuance and before the promotional rate expires. Discount is not available/applicable on reservations made by phone, at hotel front desks, or any web sites or travel portals other than woodspring.com.
WoodSpring Brands is not liable for any failure of delivery of this promotional code including, but not limited to, invalid email addresses provided, spam filters, unavailable networks, servers or internet service providers, failed, scrambled or delayed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or other technology barriers. Those expecting an email with a confirmation should add "offers@email.woodspring.com" to their trusted email server list and should check for email in all email folders. Similarly, WoodSpring Brands is not liable for redistribution to any previously opted-out email address that is re-enrolled through this campaign. WoodSpring Brands reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw and/or terminate any code and/or guest participation at any time due to fraud, system security breaches, errors, or other non-authorized interventions of any kind which, in the sole opinion of WoodSpring Brands, compromises the promotion.
Any personal information submitted is done on a voluntary basis. A submitted e-mail address gives WoodSpring Brands, Choice Hotels International, and related parties permission to send weekly marketing e-mails to the submitted e-mail address. If the recipient of an e-mail wishes to unsubscribe after initial contact, he or she may do so by following the directions in the e-mail.
